Example 1 - Your baby measures 18 inches around the chest (Measurement B). Add 3 inches (for chest measurement only) for a total of 21 inches, you would then order the 12mo. If you are unsure please order up in size.
Example 2 - If your baby's waist (Measurement C) measures 18 inches you would order the 12mo as the waist measurement for a 12mo is 17 inches but will stretch to 21 inches.
